How much does it cost?
It depends on the pack. The Presence Pack starts at a €1,700 set-up fee + €80/month, VAT included, and the first 3 months’ fees are free. You’ll find all the prices on this page, and after the free diagnosis we give you a fixed quote. You can pay the set-up fee in one go or in 3 interest-free instalments.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes, the minimum term is 1 year. After that, you can continue month to month or cancel with 30 days’ notice. The website, the Google profile and the content are yours and stay with you. The assistant and the automations stop working when you cancel.
How long does it take to get up and running?
About 3 weeks from when we receive your business information.
Do I need to know about technology?
No. We guide you step by step through the whole process: we set it up, connect it and explain just what you need to use it day to day. If something changes in your business, you message us and we adjust it.
What happens if the assistant can’t answer or fails?
When it can’t answer, it hands the conversation over to you straight away with a summary of what the customer wants. If something fails, we fix it, because maintenance is already included in your plan’s monthly fee. That’s what the fee is for: keeping everything working and making small changes and updates, such as new prices, opening hours or services.
